Ecker Invites Residents to His Senior Expo at Cross Keys

ABBOTTSTOWN – To keep senior citizens, their families and caregivers of the 193rd Legislative District informed about programs and services offered to them, Rep. Torren Ecker’s (R-Adams/Cumberland) will host his 2019 Senior Expo at Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford.

The free event will be held in the Nicarry Meetinghouse on Friday, Oct. 4, from 9-11 a.m.

“My inaugural Senior Expo is a wonderful opportunity for residents to learn more about the services and programs offered locally,” Ecker said. “It is so beneficial for all these organizations and agencies that aid senior citizens to be under one roof. I hope senior citizens and their families and caregivers take advantage of this convenient opportunity.”

During the 2019 Senior Expo, attendees will be able to receive information about medical equipment, transportation, health programs and legal services aimed at senior residents. There will also be door prizes and giveaways.

“I look forward to meeting with and talking to all residents who attend this informative and, most importantly, free event,” Ecker said.
