Ecker to Hold Annual Senior Expo on Friday

ABBOTTSTOWN – Rep. Torren Ecker (R-Adams/Cumberland) will host his popular Senior Expo in the Nicarry Meetinghouse at Cross Keys Village in New Oxford from 9-11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 3.

“This annual event is a true highlight for our community. It’s a great chance for me to meet residents and for attendees to learn about the wide range of services available to older Pennsylvanians,” Ecker said. “I strongly encourage caregivers to also attend so they know more about services available to their loved ones.”

Attendees will receive information about medical equipment, transportation, health programs and legal services from local organizations, businesses and state agencies. There will also be free giveaways and ever-popular door prizes.

“Older adults are an essential part of our community. This event helps seniors and their families find valuable services, access health resources and enjoy a fun, welcoming atmosphere,” Ecker said.
