WHAT: Rep. Catherine Wallen will be sworn in to serve the people of the 193rd Legislative District during a special ceremony.
WHEN: Monday, April 13, at the start of the House session, which begins at noon.
WHERE: Chambers of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Capitol Complex, Harrisburg.
